Manic Mondays: 1 Week till Vegas!

I am doing the Manic Monday thing today! I am severly tired!!

Are you a saver or spender?
I am more of a spender than my husband. I think on average, though, I would be a saver. I probably spend way less than most people.

Do you prefer to walk around barefoot in your home? Socks? Shoes?
I try to walk around in slippers and socks, otherwise I am too cold and am always complaining. In the summer, though, it is barefeet all the way!

Do you talk to yourself?
When I am angry...yes. That's about the only time.

I am going to do some Vegas stuff and then take a rest this afternoon. Aidan is fighting this cold thingy and I have a feeling we are all fighting it to some degree.

Weekend Blogthingy: Traveling

Good day! I hope that you are having a good weekend. We have been just hangin' out around the house. It is a pretty crazy week this week, so we are just trying to stay calm this weekend.

I was going to blog yesterday, but I slept in. It was nice, but I really did miss my alone time in the morning. So, this morning I was up early, doing my homework for my Daniel bible study. Then I was just browsing on Facebook. I am not sure if I like the new look or not... We'll see...

Aidan and Emma have been hanging out together a lot and playing nicely. It has left me by myself on more than one occasion. They go into Aidan's room and play. I am not sure what my role is, except for interceding on fights... This is a new phase of parenting, with its own challenges. Now I am beginning to realize why we thought 2 would be a good idea. At least they can play together.

We have small group this afternoon and then my family is coming over for supper. It should be good.

It is only one week till Vegas. So in honor of that, here's a blogthingy for you this weekend!!

I am sorry I haven't blogged before this, but I have been reading the "Twilight" series. It is very addicting. It is good. You should read it if you haven't yet. I am currently on the 2nd book.

It has been cold here and nothing Spring-like at all. It is finally starting to warm up today. Thank goodness.

Aidan and Emma have really started to play together lately. They were playing in Aidan's room for almost 2 hours yesterday afternoon. It was a nice break for me. I guess they are growing up.
